Our help desk is designed to assist end users with technical and functional questions and problems. You will be able to create support tickets and follow the resolution of them. Please provide us with all relevant information when you are creating a problem ticket (logs, screenshots, ...). The knowledge base is your first resource to troubleshoot problems. Try to match your current issue with a knowledge base entry before creating a ticket. You will also found a download section with all related patches or releases. Customers and partners should get a username & password to log into this website. Please email support@watch4net.com, if you do not have a username or password.
