APG for Enterprises automatically retrieves information from various data sources such as; EMS/NMS, SNMP, CLIs, SOAP/XML, SSH or WMI. The aggregated information provides real-time, historical, and projected visibility into the performance of the infrastructure and business services.

A ReportPack is a package of Technology/Vendor-specific reports designed by our engineers with the best practice approach reading all crucial performance metrics. At any time, users can modify and adapt their ReportPacks to generate new reports meeting their specific needs.

Friendly GUI

APG provides multiple ways to access reports quickly and efficiently. A navigation tree provides a simple but powerful method to identify and access available reports. In addition, a built-in search engine provides a quick access to specific reports anywhere in the tree.

Self-maintaining database

Data is stored on a persistent storage system. APG comes with MySQL built-in allowing rapid deployment but it also supports Oracle and Microsoft SQL Enterprise. The APG server is self-maintaining, requiring no database manipulation. APG uses several aggregation functions, such as the average, minimum, maximum, sum, and more. APG aggregates data on-the-fly before storing it in the database, this means that APG is considerably faster than the competition at extracting and reporting on your data.

Adaptive Alerting

Alerts can be set on fixed thresholds and baseline deviation. APG triggers real-time alerts feeding your event management system to accelerate problem investigation and resolution. APG can also execute actions such as sending SNMP Traps, automated email or MSN IMs, execution of scripts, and more. Predictive early warning alerts and proactive capacity projections across all network, system, and application components enable operations' staff to react to performance issues before they critically impact the service levels.

Capacity Planning and Forecasting

APG does baseline analysis and forecasting calculations to automatically detect atypical behavior and alert on potential risks. The out of the box forecasting and capacity planning reports help you proactively plan capital expenditures.

Threshold analysis is conducted in order to detect performance degradation or service level violations. Resources that will exceed a threshold in short term can easily be identified along with the number of days before proceeding to the upgrade.

Real-time and Historical reporting

Users access reports via the web-based portal. All reports display the latest data available in real-time. Real-time and historical data storage is fully configurable from a few days to many years allowing complete access to your data. Reports can be scheduled for email generation or network storage and sent in a variety of formats (e.g.: .pdf, .csv).
