Support Plans
Watch4Net provides two support plans:
- Standard support plan: technical support by e-mail or phone during normal business hours (9:00 A.M-6:00 P.M customer's local time) for a one year period.
- Extended support plan: technical support by e-mail or phone 24/7 for a one year period.
English and French languages are supported. Support services include access to software releases, maintenance updates, patches, service packs and hot fixes, technical support via telephone and e-mail, access to a personalized web page for incident submission/tracking, knowledge base, and support e-bulletin via e-mail.
