Project Requirements and Proposition

Watch4Net will meet with your team to acquire a complete understanding of the project requirements, objectives, and to assess the implementation scope. Your unique environment is analyzed to ensure its readiness for APG. We then create the best design and Project plan for a smooth integration for your infrastructure.

Implementation and Acceptance

Once the project is authorized and we have fully documented the objectives, the APG Software Suite is installed along with 3rd party software required for integration. We then configure APG to retrieve the information from devices and various data sources (EMS/NMS) to provide real-time, historical, and projected visibility of the infrastructure and business services performance. Then, we customize the reporting engine to deliver personalized dashboards and reports meeting your specific business needs. Finally, we go through a functional overview of the solution, including sign-off of the Test and Acceptance plans.

Deployment and Knowledge Transfer

Once the installation is complete, Watch4Net professionals deliver the complete and applicable documentation, including the customer`s configuration document which fully details your specific implementation. We review this documentation with your operational team performing full knowledge transfer to ensure that they can operate APG easily and efficiently. Complete training of end-users and Go Live support is provided on-site or can be performed via Web sessions.

Specific Consulting/Professional Services (pricing per day)
