The ReportPack for Events captures notifications from EMC SMARTS Service Assurance Manager (SAM) and displays global perspective of the performance and availability of the infrastructure.
Information is synchronized in real-time so that personalized dashboards may be created across the enterprise to monitor critical business areas.
With historical reports, you can tracks past events, identify chronic problems and verify component availability against service level goals.
Furthermore, this product comes with a set of predefined reports and performance metrics. As is the case with all APG’s product suite, customized reports may also be created to meet an organization’s specific requirements.
