IP/MPLS

Proactively monitor your network infrastructure

Network Infrastructure is a mixed environment containing multiple technologies and device types from different vendors. Each piece of the network and their protocol must be understood in real-time and proactively in order to identify trends and provide visibility to users.

APG can extract performance metrics directly out of your EMS/NMS systems and poll network devices directly using protocols like SNMP, XML or SSH. All the key performance indicators are analyzed, covering device health, link utilization, latency/jitter times and network QoS statistics, allowing predictive management of the complete network infrastructure.

Cisco CB QoS

Multi-threaded, distributed SNMP v1/2c/3 poller to collect information from SNMP-enabled devices. An embedded graphical MIB Browser/Compiler allows importing any standard or vendor-specific MIB for administrators to create their own masks.

Preconfigured instrumentation, KPIs and Reports certified for major vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Nortel, Alcatel, Extreme Networks and Foundry Networks, covering device availability, system performance and interface traffic information.

Monitors how the QoS configuration affects the pattern of network traffic through the router. Shows views per defined class of service: traffic in and out, packets dropped, trending analysis.

Juniper RPM
ReportPack
3Com NQA

Manage IP-SLA probes and analyzes metrics like response time, availability, jitter measurements, application response time. Helps organizations track factors affecting delivery of time-sensitive applications.

Collects data from Juniper Real-time performance monitoring (RPM) probes running on Juniper routers and switches, and analyzes metrics like packet response time, jitter, and packet loss.

Provides reporting across all NQA routers. Includes analysis and reporting on metrics like CPU, memory, and on all supported probes, such as jitter response time, DHCP/DNS response status, etc.

ATM/Frame Relay

Analyzes how MPLS VPNs are configured and utilized. Polls MPLS devices, interfaces and VRFs data to give operators and engineers views like device/tunnel performance, hot-spot problem detection, Top Ten volumes, MPLS inventory, and alerting.

Preconfigured  KPIs and Reports certified for major vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet and Barracuda, covering firewall engine statistics, inside/outside traffic counters, filtered/rejected packets, open connections and reported attacks.

Presents performance and capacity reports on ATM and Frame Relay devices distributed in the network, covering router health, interface traffic, service views, preconfigured dashboards for operators and engineers, and best-practice threshold definitions.

Cisco CAR

Provides real-time dashboards on the BGP activity, including analytics on BGP routers and neighbours, traffic on links, exception reports on down or flapping links.

Reports on WiFi network quality and utilization – failures, RX/TX, connected clients, QoS and Radio status. Support for Cisco, Motorola, Nomadix and Aruba.

Reports on quality of services, classes and traffic information. It will report on all CAR-enabled devices for real-time troubleshooting, trending and forecasting.
