Transactions
Measure the Response Times Experienced by your Users
With APG, organizations can monitor end-user experience via transaction monitoring. Two monitoring methodologies are possible:
- Synthetic Transactions: Periodic, 7 x 24 measurements from key locations. A library of various monitors are packaged to measure and analyze web servers URLs, DNS/DHCP services, and all TCP-based user transactions,
- Real-User Transactions: Passive (listening mode) with a deep-dive detailed information on every single packet across the infrastructure.
Metrics are compared against normal baselines and an alert is sent when downtime or performance degradation is detected.
