The APG Software Suite, working with the various VoIP vendor platforms, delivers real-time and proactive performance monitoring of VoIP components, including Call Managers, Phones, Gateways, IP network devices and services.

APG uses the vendor platform available interfaces to collect performance metrics – to monitor the voice infrastructure - and captures call detail records (CDR) – to monitor the call quality, including MOS, jitter, delay, packet loss, traffic, and termination code. The IPDR format is supported – inbound and outbound – so users can export and leverage VoIP data as input for their billing systems.
