Watch4net delivers worldwide support from our headquarters in Montreal and from our offices in Munich, using two support plans.

  • Standard support plan: Technical support by email or phone during normal business hours (9:00 A.M-6:00 P.M customer's local time) for a one year period
  • Extended support plan: Technical support by e-mail or phone 24/7 for a one year period

English and French languages are supported. Support services include access to software releases, maintenance updates, patches, service packs and hot fixes, technical support via telephone and e-mail, access to a personalized web page for incident submission/tracking, knowledge base, and support e-bulletin via email.
